For years I struggled with low-level anxiety and old injuries from my previous career as a professional dancer. I discovered Yoga as a path to healing almost 20 years ago, and my life has never been the same since. Inspired by the clearer mind and more comfortable body I found on my Yoga mat, I trained to become a Kripalu Yoga instructor in 2005.
Through my training as a Health Coach in 2007, I began to discover the best way to feed and care for my body and mind. I continue to change and tweak my own daily routines to stay at my absolute best.
