Mondays at 1pm at Underground Studios

600 Pleasant St, Watertown, MA

In this small group, limited to just 8 people, receive personalized attention to your alignment and safety in the poses. Learn modifications for your own unique body and enjoy optional hands-on assists. This Gentle to Moderate practice is safe for all levels and ends with a period of Guided Relaxation.

$120 for 6 sessions.  Current session is full.  Registration open now for Nov. 3rd session.

Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 8:30am at Healthworks

1300 Boylston St, Chestnut Hill,  MA

 When was the last time you truly relaxed? This weekend retreat is an opportunity to deepen your practice and learn more about the restorative effects of Yoga and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra guided deep relaxation.

Practice Kripalu Yoga, a style that cultivates compassion, awareness, and openness. Jill's classes are perfect for all levels. You do not have to be able to touch your toes to enjoy the benefits of yoga!

 Wake up to the peaceful sights and sounds of nature, enjoy delicious organic meals, go for a group or solo hike, soak in the outdoor hot tub, or just settle in with a cup of tea and a good book. All yoga classes and events are optional. Do as little or as much as you like.

 $399 all-inclusive price includes 2-nights accommodation, 5 meals, daily yoga classes and workshops,

group hikes, and lots of free time to spend as you wish.
