All classes include membership in a Private Online Yoga Community, with a Video Vault full of replay videos (including Gentle, Gentle Plus, and Yoga Nidra.) New videos added weekly!

In this 7-class small group Gentle Yoga course, we practice breathing (pranayama), postures (asana) and guided relaxation (yoga nidra). Perfect for all levels. Be part of a community of likeminded Yogis. Stay in touch with your body, mind and spirit- and each other.

Dive into a meditation-in- motion and -stillness that will help you connect more authentically with yourself and the moment. Perfect for newbies and seasoned Yogis alike.

restorative Yoga MINI RETREAT

Feeling exhausted, blue or blah? Feel like you just need a break from constant mind chatter? Restorative Yoga profoundly calms and quiets your nervous system, mind, and physical body.

Lie down on your mat, with the support of yoga bolsters, blocks and blankets, and bliss out with 75 minutes of Restorative Yoga from the comfort of your own home.
